๐ŸŽ“ Student Guide

2.1 Register an account

  1. Open learn.izwp.info.
  2. Click Begin your journey.
  3. Fill the form: full name, fatherโ€™s name, email, password (6+ characters), mobile (with country code), emergency contact, address, DOB, preferred class time, goals.
  4. Click Create my account.
  5. You land on your dashboard.
๐Ÿ’ก Referral credit

If a friend shared learn.izwp.info/login?mode=register&ref=ABCD, the code is captured automatically and your friend earns credit when you enrol.

2.2 Log in

  1. Open learn.izwp.info/login.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

Email support@healersmeet.com with your registered email. We reset within 24 hours.

2.3 Your dashboard

Shows a welcome, your unique referral code + shareable link, certificate download (once issued), and My Programs. A guided tour runs on your first visit โ€” replay anytime with the โ“ Guide button at the bottom-left.

  1. Click DLT Module 1 โ†’ see 12 weeks + quizzes.
  2. Click a week โ†’ see lessons grouped by type (Course Book, Script, Workbook, Video, Audio) and any Live Class recordings at the top.
  3. Click a lesson โ†’ content opens.

2.5 Read a Course Book (protected)

Course books open in a copy-protected reader with full accessibility features.

What you can do

  • ๐Ÿ”Š Listen to page โ€” top button reads the lesson aloud
  • โ›ถ Full screen โ€” immersive reading
  • Select any paragraph โ†’ green floating bar โ†’ ๐Ÿ”Š Listen + ๐ŸŒ Translate
  • Tap โœ“ Mark as complete at the bottom when done

What is blocked

  • Copy / Cut โ€” course books are copyrighted
  • Print / Save โ€” shows a protected notice
  • Right-click / long-press menu
  • Image drag, developer tools

A diagonal watermark shows your name + email across every page โ€” screenshots remain traceable to you.

2.6 Fill a Workbook

Workbooks open in edit mode automatically โ€” the whole page becomes writable.

  1. Click any paragraph, heading, or blank line. A gold cursor appears.
  2. Type your answer. Auto-saves every 1.5 seconds (watch the ๐Ÿ’พ Auto-saved pill bottom-left).
  3. To dictate, click ๐ŸŽค next to any text field. Speak. Click again to stop.
  4. Click ๐Ÿ’พ Save any time.
  5. Click ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Print filled workbook โ€” your answers print cleanly.
  6. Click ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Clear answers to reset.
๐Ÿ’พ Answers saved on your device

Saved per-lesson in your browser. Clearing browser data erases them. Always click Print โ†’ Save as PDF for a permanent copy.

2.7 Record a meditation (Script lessons)

Script lessons include a Meditation Studio โ€” record the script in your own voice with optional background music.

  1. Open a Script lesson. The green Meditation Studio appears above the script.
  2. Optional: tick Add background music and upload any MP3.
  3. Click โ— Start recording. Allow mic permission.
  4. Watch the ๐ŸŽค Microphone meter โ€” if it moves, youโ€™re recording.
  5. Click โ–  Stop when done.
  6. Click ๐Ÿ’พ Download as MP3 (or instant original format).
  7. Click ๐Ÿ”„ Record again for another take.

Balance voice + music live

  • Adjust the ๐Ÿ”‰ volume slider while recording โ€” changes captured in the final MP3
  • Upload your own ambient track (ocean, forest, singing bowl) โ€” any MP3 works

2.8 Listen to lessons (Text-to-Speech)

  • ๐Ÿ”Š Listen to page โ€” reads the whole lesson
  • Select a paragraph โ†’ floating ๐Ÿ”Š Listen โ€” reads just that piece
  • Auto-detects Hindi vs English
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ No Hindi voice installed?

Windows: Settings โ†’ Time & Language โ†’ Speech โ†’ Add Hindi.
iPhone/iPad: Settings โ†’ Accessibility โ†’ Spoken Content โ†’ Voices โ†’ Hindi.
Mac: System Settings โ†’ Accessibility โ†’ Spoken Content โ†’ Voices โ†’ Hindi.
If missing, the LMS falls back to English automatically.

2.9 Translate

  1. Select any text (mouse drag or long-press + drag).
  2. Green floating bar โ†’ ๐ŸŒ Translate.
  3. English translates to Hindi, Hindi to English, shown below your selection.

Uses a free API โ€” occasionally slow. If it fails, try again in a moment.

2.10 Live Class recordings

Every week page shows ๐ŸŽฅ Live Classes at the top. YouTube videos play embedded โ€” you never leave our site. Upcoming classes show a Join Zoom button.

2.11 Mark lessons complete

At the bottom of each lesson, click โœ“ Mark as complete. A green check appears next to completed lessons on the week page.

2.12 Your certificate

Once your certificate (issued by Medhavi Skills University) is uploaded, a gold ๐ŸŽ“ Your Certificate card appears on your dashboard with a Download button.

Recording tips

  • Hold device ~15 cm from your mouth
  • Use wired earphones with mic for cleanest sound
  • Keep the screen on โ€” iOS stops recording on lock / app switch

๐Ÿ”’ Why we protect content

Course books are copyrighted teaching material. To keep them exclusive to enrolled students, we disable copying, printing, and right-click. Your name and email are watermarked diagonally across every page โ€” this traces any shared screenshot back to you.

Workbooks and meditation scripts are NOT protected โ€” you can freely edit workbooks and download your own meditation recordings.

OS-level screenshots (Cmd+Shift+3 on Mac, Power+Volume on iPhone) cannot be technically blocked by any website. The watermark provides deterrence and traceability โ€” the industry standard.

โ“ Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password. How do I reset?

Email support@healersmeet.com with your registered email. We reset within 24 hours.

Why a watermark with my name?

Course books are copyrighted. The watermark deters screenshot sharing โ€” any shared image traces back to you. It does not interfere with reading.

My meditation playback is silent.

Check: mic permission, the ๐ŸŽค meter moved during recording, system volume during playback. Chrome noise-suppression can kill quiet voices โ€” speak 15 cm from the mic.

Listen button does nothing on iPhone.

Tap anywhere on the page first (unlocks iOS speech synthesis). Then select text and tap Listen.

Translation shows "(translation failed)"

The free translation API rate-limits. Wait 10 seconds and retry. For long paragraphs, select shorter pieces.

Workbook answers disappeared.

Answers save on your device only. Clearing browser data, incognito mode, or switching devices erases them. Always Print โ†’ Save as PDF for a permanent copy.

How do I change my email or phone number?

Email support with your registered email and the change. Updated within 24 hours.

Can I access the course offline?

Not currently. Offline mode is planned for the mobile app.

Do I need to install any app?

No. Works in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).

Is my meditation recording private?

Yes. Stored only in your browser / device downloads. Never uploaded to our servers.

Can I share my login with family?

No โ€” one account per student. The watermark traces shared screenshots back to you.

How do I get my certificate?

After completing the program, Medhavi Skills University issues your certificate. Your admin uploads it to your profile.

Page will not load

  • Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
  • Clear browser cache for learn.izwp.info
  • Try a different browser
  • Check your internet

Login says "Wrong email or password"

  • Check email for typos (case-insensitive)
  • Copy-paste the password from your notes
  • If multiple fails, email support to reset

Mic not working

  • Address bar ๐Ÿ”’ โ†’ Site settings โ†’ Microphone โ†’ Allow
  • Close other apps using the mic (Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp Desktop)
  • Unplug / replug headset or external mic
  • Bluetooth headsets may sound robotic โ€” use a wired mic for recording

TTS silent

  • Tap / click anywhere on the page first (gesture unlock)
  • Check system volume + tab not muted
  • If Hindi silent but English works, install Hindi voice (see Device Guides)

Workbook auto-save not working

  • Your browser may have localStorage disabled (private / incognito has limits)
  • Storage full โ€” clear unused site data
  • Always Print โ†’ Save as PDF before closing
